- In 2002, entire instrument panel refurbished, Garmin 430, & new avionics installed.
- In 2001, Nose gear strut seal kit installed, overhauled Dukes fuel boost pump, new Goodyear Flight Custom II main gear tires, new brake caliper O-rings, right hand fuel cell replaced, installed brand new Cessna main gear saddles with new.
- In 2000, new rear window trim, front shoulder harnesses installed, plated all interior trim with Satin Nickel, re-webbed passenger seatbelts, installed new door seals, upholstered seats with FAA-approved Townsend leather in Heritage custom Taupe FO-251, soundproofed boot cowl & firewall with EAR super-sound dampening material. Re-dyed plastic trim, replaced headliner with Douglas DEF-9135 Ivory, installed two new Cleveland brake discs & all new brake linings. Also, airspeed indicator, turn coordinator, vertical speed indicator, artificial horizon, altimeter, & compass all overhauled.
