RECENT MAINTENANCE:
- In April 2004, completed bore-scope of all cylinders with no abnormalities noted, new induction filter, & replaced flap wear buttons with new.
- In 2003, extensive annual inspection including replacement of airbox (AD 85-10-02 c/w), new fuel pump switch on airbox, replaced all seatbelt attach fixtures, new seat anchors, replaced left fuel cell replaced with unit from Eagle Fuel Cells, installed new ACK ELT (ELT batteries due for replacement in March 2009), replaced utility light switch, CHT gauge replaced with overhauled unit from Keystone Instruments, replaced instrument cluster (CHT, oil temp, & oil PSI) lamps, replaced instrument panel lighting rheostat, new forward elevator trim cables, new stainless steel right & left rudder cables installed, rigged,& safe-tied; new stainless steel upper & lower forward elevator control cables, new elevator trim actuator push-pull tube, new bearing & race on left side of nose wheel, new nose wheel tire tube, new bearings & races in both main wheels, new brake linings & brake caliper bolts, new pilots door stop hinge, new left & right wing root area cabin ventilation ducting, new right hand forward heat duct, new left & right forward heat scat ducting, new radio cooling vent scat ducting, installed overhauled alternator & new alternator belt, repaired engine baffling as needed, replaced right forward engine baffle with new part, installed all new baffle seals, replaced left & right mufflers & tailpipes with overhauled units from Aerospace Welding in Minneapolis using new springs, bolts & nuts; removed and replaced cabin heat ducting on L/H exhaust muff with new, replaced all tailpipe shock mounts with new.
- In 2002, aircraft stripped and painted with Dupont Imron paint, all flight controls installed & balanced to A.S.M. and Part 43; installed PMA-6000 Audio Panel / Intercom, replaced fuel access panel gaskets on top of left wing bladder, lubricated cabin heat control.
- In 2001, new windshield defrost scat tubing, new pilot & co-pilot seatback pawls and detents installed.
